Bio: Chinenye Okpara is currently a PhD candidate in Health Research Methodology in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact at McMaster University. Her primary interest is in the design and evaluation of interventions to prevent the onset and progression of diseases as well as the translation of research evidence for public health impact. She is particularly interested in special populations who require additional considerations in health research, including older adults, pregnant women, and children. Her career goal is to contribute to the evidence that would improve equitable access to care for these populations.
