- Research Volunteer, GERAS Centre
“I am proud to be part of a team that has a unique focus on patient-centred care and quality of life.”
Ainsley is a third year Life Sciences student at McMaster University. She is passionate about fitness and its relationship with quality of life and overall health. She is interested in exploring this passion while learning about research methods and processes.
At the GERAS centre, Ainsley is working with ABLE, a study that aims to assess the effect of arts-based interactive technology for exercise on frail, older adults exercising at home.
Currently, Ainsley is enrolled in a research project course at McMaster, and next year she plans to complete a thesis project.
