CIHR Catalyst Grant
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Lee, Dr. Cossette, Dr. Freak-Poli, Dr. Gilmartin-Thomas, Dr. Griffith, Dr. McDonald, Dr. Papaioannou, Mr. Pasat, and Dr. Thabane have successfully secured the CIHR Catalyst Grant for their important project titled: “Polypharmacy and High-Risk Medication Use in Older Adults Who Are Lonely, Socially Isolated, and Lack Social Support.”
